Pinellas County FMNP Chapter Map

The Friends of Pinellas Master Naturalists, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit environmental organization supporting the mission and goals of the University of Florida/IFAS Florida Master Naturalist Program. The Friends organization is mostly composed of graduates from the UF/IFAS Florida Master Naturalist Program. It is located in Pinellas County, Florida, on the west side of Tampa Bay.

This organization offers nature-related quarterly programs for adults and families, field trips for members and guests, and supports the FMNP by educating potential students about the upcoming FMNP modules at environmental booth events and festivals throughout the year.

Also, in 2011, the Friends of Pinellas Master Naturalists started offering two FMNP Core Module scholarships a year! To learn more about this, the scholarship application, and criteria information is located on the chapter website.

Message from Jeanne Murphy:

If you are an FMNP graduate from our county or a neighboring one, we hope that you will be able to join us at our next meeting. Our meeting information is listed at the top of this webpage.

If you are interested in attending, please let me know. If you are unable (or, gasp, uninterested), please still consider joining us on our field trips and other events that we organize. This committee is for you!
