Core Courses

The FMNP has three Core Courses. Each core course provides 40 contact hours of classroom learning, field trips, and practical experience. The registration fees include a PDF version of the class manual, and for an additional cost, a printed version. Fees also include, upon completion, FMNP certificate, patch, and pin denoting area of expertise.
Graduates who choose to complete all three Core courses will become certified Florida Master Naturalists and will receive a Master Naturalist pin. The FMNP does not provide university credit toward a degree-seeking program. Click below to download course descriptions of each Core course!
